1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the gd33 website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and gd33 ("we", "us", "our"). gd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the gd33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gd33 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request proof of age during the account verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from accepting these Terms.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gd33 or subject to any exclusion order that has been placed on your account.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the gd33 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• You must register using your own name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account access with any other person.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gd33 support immediately via live chat.
• gd33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any time, including requesting supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, source of funds, or the source of wealth deposited into your gd33 account.

gd33 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account without prior notice if it determines that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria or has violated these Terms. In such cases, any bonus funds associated with the account will be forfeited; genuine player funds will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures after completing required verification checks.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment

All deposits and withdrawals on gd33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gd33 does not apply any currency conversion fees. The following payment terms apply to all transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. gd33 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other supported payment methods as listed in the Platform's Deposit section at any given time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are typically within 10 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. gd33 may return any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to believe the payment method is not registered to the account holder.
• gd33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at any time. This is a regulatory and fraud-prevention requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold being placed on the associated funds.
• gd33 is not responsible for any delays, failures, or fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gd33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players aged 21 or above who make a qualifying first deposit of a minimum of ৳500. The maximum welcome bonus is ৳20,000 and is calculated as 100% of the qualifying first deposit amount.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is credited to your account.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Players who appear to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds voided and accounts may be suspended.
• gd33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication and will not affect bonuses already credited to an account prior to the change.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Seasonal and reload bonuses are governed by the specific terms published at the time each offer is made available. Players must opt in to eligible promotions where required.

6 Responsible Gaming

gd33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time by contacting gd33 support via live chat or email.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) — allowing you to set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit within a defined period.
• Loss limits — allowing you to set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period, after which your account will not permit further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders — notifying you when you have been playing for a defined period of time, so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue.
• Self-exclusion — allowing you to exclude yourself from the gd33 Platform for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, access game outcomes in advance, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with your gd33 account.
• Registering multiple accounts or permitting another person to use your account for any purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and must be returned to gd33.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gd33 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gd33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of gd33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of gd33 and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of gd33. Unauthorised use of Platform content terminates any permission or licence granted by gd33 and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gd33 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, even if gd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, or any failure of the Platform to function as expected, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside the control of gd33.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

gd33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account registration requirements.
• gd33 has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or other unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to gd33.
• You have requested self-exclusion, in which case your account will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period you have selected.

Where an account is terminated by gd33 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not associated with any bonus abuse will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completing the applicable verification and investigation process. gd33's determination on forfeiture matters is final.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

gd33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on gd33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
